
Right of Whithdrawal and Returns
Under Swedish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your item. If, for any reason, you decide to return the item after receiving it, please send me an email at artbyartale@gmail.com so I am aware that you intend to return it.
Please place the item in the original packaging you received it in, or package it securely in a similar manner. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Once I have received the item and confirmed that it is in undamaged condition, I will issue a refund for the full amount, excluding the return shipping cost. You will receive your refund within 30 days.
Complaints:
If you wish to make a complaint about a product, please notify me in writing via artbyartale@gmail.com within a reasonable time. If the complaint is made within two (2) months of discovering the defect, it will be considered as submitted on time. After three (3) years, the costumer loses the right to claim a defect in the product.
You may return the faulty product by following the same procedure as for returns. If repair or replacement is not carried out within a reasonable time after the complaint has been made, the customer has the right to request a price reduction or to cancel the purchase.
If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase, this should be done by sending an email to artbyartale@gmail.com
In case of cancellataion, the product must be returned to (see address below).
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same procedure as for returns. Notify me in writing via artbyartale@gmail.com
Pack the item securely, preferably using the original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Please keep your proof of postage.
You may then place a new order. Once I have received the returned item and confirmed its condition, I will refund the amount you paid for the original item.
