Prices and Payment

The price of each piece is shown on the product page. All prices include Swedish VAT (25%).

Several payment options are available so you can choose the one that suits you best. All payments are processed securely through a certified payment service provider.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email sent to the address provided during checkout.

If you do not receive the confirmation email it may be because the email address was entered incorrectly. Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping

Your jewellery will be carefully packed and shipped with tracking via a trusted shipping provider.

Shipping is free within Sweden.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on destination.

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–3 days (sometimes sooner). Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and postal service.

​

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected in time and is returned to me, a fee of 200 SEK may be charged to cover shipping and administrative costs.

Handmade Jewellery

All jewellery is handmade by me in my studio. This means that no two pieces are exactly identical.

Small variations may occur – this is part of the character of handmade work and what makes each piece unique.

Care Instructions

Silver ages beautifully when worn regularly. If stored in a humid environment it may darken over time.

A polishing cloth is included with your jewellery. Gently polish the silver to restore its shine.

Gemstones can be cleaned under lukewarm running water. A soft toothbrush and mild soap can be used carefully if needed.

Allergy Information

All silver jewellery is made using recycled sterling silver (925).

According to the supplier the material is nickel-free.

Gemstones

If a piece includes a semi-precious stone I have done my best to ensure the stone has been ethically sourced. I work carefully with trusted suppliers, although full traceability can sometimes be difficult within the global gemstone trade.

Sustainability

Art by Artale values careful craftsmanship rather than fast consumption.

Silver scraps are reused whenever possible and packaging materials are chosen with sustainability in mind. Shipping boxes are FSC-certified and environmentally friendly.

Product Representation

I do my best to accurately display the colours, materials and details of each piece. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Availability

All pieces are handmade and many are one of a kind. In the rare case that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, I will contact you as soon as possible and offer a refund.

Art by Artale reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on this website always applies to current purchases.
