Free shipping within Sweden.
I happily ship worldwide - shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For orders shipped outside the EU, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Order Confirmation:
Once you place an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email sent to the address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email, it may be due to an incorrect email address.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you have not receiced a confirmation email please contact me at artbyartale@gmail.com and the order will be cancelled.
What happens next?
Once I have received your order, I carefully pack your item and ship it to you with a tracking via Post Nord. You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order is on its way.
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2-3 days.
Limitation of Liability
Unfortonately, I cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or for items lost in transit.
Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is not collected in time and is returned to me, I reserve the right to charge a fee of 200 SEK to cover shipping and administration costs, regardless of the order value.
Return Shipping
If you chose to return an item, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
